In 2019, Nia Lin founded the emerging fashion brand NOT JUST A LABEL in London, where she also serves as Creative Director.With a clear vision, she focuses on creating women’s wear that integrates Eastern traditions with Western modern aesthetics. Driven by her passion for design and dedication to quality, she has rapidly propelled the brand onto the international fashion stage. Nia possesses a top-tier dual educational background in both fashion and business, which has cultivated her extremely sharp attention to detail and a profound understanding of traditional craftsmanship and modern aesthetics.This unique advantage has laid the foundation for her distinctive design philosophy and shaped the brand’s strong core identity.

Throughout her career, Nia has led the brand’s design and development in its entirety, creating multiple seasonal collections.Each collection tells an exclusive fashion story through fabrics, silhouettes, and details.She is personally involved in every step of the process – from initial sketches and fabric selection to pattern making and the final garment – upholding rigorous quality standards to ensure every piece achieves excellence.

Currently, Nia is based between London and Toronto, overseeing the brand’s end-to-end operations including design and development, sourcing, production, sales, and full-chain management.She has established long-term and stable partnerships with premium suppliers across Asia and Europe, adhering to small-batch production to maintain product exclusivity.Meanwhile, she has built a mature online sales channel and efficient brand marketing strategy, connecting NOT JUST A LABEL with discerning global clients and achieving steady international growth.
